俄罗斯签证需要面签么？
俄罗斯大使馆规定，自2015年9月7日起，中国护照持有者申请办理赴俄签证须亲自到使馆办理。申请赴俄商务、探亲访友、旅游和就医等非工作类签证时，申请人应本人亲自到大使馆递交申请资料并签署相关宣誓声明文件；在申办留学签证或留学延期签证时，必须由申请人所在学校代办，学校应将符合要求的申请材料统一提交给大使馆。 需要注意的是，“北京地区持外交、公务、因公普通护照人员及持有中国海洋石油总公司、中国人民解放军总政治部、中国人民武装警察部队颁发的工作证人员”可继续享受免签证待遇。其他城市的人，则都需要亲自去大使馆办理签证了。
